FitTransform ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our FitTransform mobile application.

Information We Collect

Health & Fitness Data

• Weight entries and body measurements you record
• Workout logs and exercise data
• Nutrition and meal tracking information
• Data imported from Apple Health (with your permission)

Progress Photos

Photos you choose to take within the app to track your fitness transformation. These photos are stored securely and are only accessible by you.

Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and name to provide cloud sync functionality across your devices.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the fitness tracking features and functionality you use
• To sync your data across devices when you create an account
• To display your progress and transformation over time
• To calculate and show fitness statistics and trends

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Local Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. If you use the app without creating an account, all data remains on your device only.

Cloud Storage

If you create an account, your data is securely synced to our cloud servers powered by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. Progress photos are stored in secure cloud storage buckets accessible only to your account.

Apple Health Integration

FitTransform can read workout data and weight entries from Apple Health, and write weight entries back to Apple Health. This integration requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time through your device's Settings app.

Your Rights & Choices

• Use Without Account: You can use FitTransform without creating an account. Your data will be stored locally on your device only.
• Data Deletion: You can delete individual entries or all your data at any time from within the app. Deleting the app will remove all local data.
• Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by contacting us.
• Health Permissions: You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy > Health.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Children's Privacy

FitTransform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
